Return Policy of NEXCART
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website sfashionwide.com operated by sfashionwide.com. NEXCART sells clothing and accessories to customers primarily in Europe and accepts global orders. All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).
Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and undamaged.

Items must be free of any odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or perfume.

For hygienic reasons, the following items are non-returnable: underwear, swimwear, face masks, earrings, and bodysuits.

Gift cards and final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at outlet@usfashionwide.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

You will receive a return authorization confirmation along with the return shipping address. Do not send any items back before receiving this confirmation.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip or your order number inside the package.

Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Return Shipping Address
The return shipping address will be provided in your return authorization email. Depending on your location, we may provide a local return address within Europe or the United States. Please do not send returns to our Lexington, KY address unless specifically instructed to do so.
Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer reasons (size exchange, change of mind, ordered wrong item): You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.

For returns due to NEXCART errors (wrong item shipped, item defective or damaged upon arrival): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspections are typically completed within 5 business days of delivery to our return facility.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund amount will be credited in Euros (EUR) at the original exchange rate. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
The following deductions may apply:

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is due to customer reasons and you used a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost incurred by NEXCART may be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returns of high-value items that require inspection or repackaging. You will be informed of any restocking fee before your return is processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure your exchange is processed correctly. We do not offer direct exchanges because inventory levels change quickly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at outlet@usfashionwide.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, a full refund including original shipping fees will be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date we approved it, please check with your bank or payment provider first. There is often some processing time before a refund appears on your statement. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at outlet@usfashionwide.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason, without giving a justification. This cooling-off period applies to all items except those exempted for hygiene reasons as listed above. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at outlet@usfashionwide.com within the 14-day period. The item must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Under EU law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are sold as is.
