Shipping Policy of NEXCART

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website sfashionwide.com operated by sfashionwide.com. NEXCART sells clothing and accessories to customers primarily in Europe and accepts global orders. All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the European Union and the United States. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items. The following are estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union countries: 3 to 7 business days

  • United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5 to 10 business days

  • United States and Canada: 7 to 14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. NEXCART is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Carriers

We use reputable carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services such as Deutsche Post, La Poste, and Royal Mail depending on the destination. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NEXCART has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply as all applicable VAT is handled at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

NEXCART does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for carrier delivery reasons. We also do not ship to the following countries or regions due to carrier limitations or trade restrictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at outlet@usfashionwide.com before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management. NEXCART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the correct address. For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at outlet@usfashionwide.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address at no charge. If the order has already been shipped, NEXCART is not responsible for delivery to the incorrect address provided by the customer. A reshipment fee may apply.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for an additional fee. Insurance covers the full value of the order against loss or damage during transit. If you decline insurance, NEXCART’s liability is limited to the cost of the items excluding shipping fees, subject to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.
